Shipping & Delivery Policy

Shipping and delivery

For U.S. orders, standard shipping is $5.99 when the order total is below $45; orders of $45 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Available destinations, final charges and any other options are confirmed at checkout before payment.

Delivery estimates begin after processing and may vary by destination, carrier and customs procedures. If a parcel crosses a border, import duties, taxes or local handling charges may be assessed by the destination authority unless checkout states otherwise.

Check your delivery address carefully. To request a correction, email service@feltruni.com with your order number as soon as possible; changes after dispatch may not be possible.
