Returns and refunds

If an order is damaged, incorrect or unsuitable, contact service@feltruni.com before sending anything back. Include your order number, item name and photos where relevant. We will confirm the return route and instructions available for your order.

Where a return is authorized, keep the item complete, unused and securely packaged except where it arrived faulty or applicable law provides otherwise. Do not send a parcel to our company address without receiving the correct return instructions first.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method after the item is received and assessed, subject to applicable consumer rights. Payment-provider processing times can vary. This policy does not limit rights provided by law.
